I found a layout but i want to make it into a default layout instead of what it is. How can i do that?

The layout i want is of the Chicago skyline but its not a default layout so it doesn't really look right

You can't. The way the page is, is how you have to take it. There are some websites that allow you to tweak the page before getting the code but those are hard to find.
