I've seen some people on Youtube have custom banners, (5awesomegirls, charlieissocoollike) where can I find 1?

Like alot of people that are popular on Youtube, and are famous, have a banner on the top of their channel. Charlieissocoollike has one that says "A english teenager with a youtube account", and a picture of himself. So I'm wondering how do I get my own banner?
