I have a serious problem?

my internet will only let me open certain sites and others it will just load forever i get pupups now and then but nothing serious i have run many softwares and deleted all problems also nothing comes up when i re scan i thought it would be a good idea to uninstall firefox but when i go to internet explorer the install thing comes up for a second then goes away HELP

It sounds like you have spyware so try running a scan in Safe Mode. Personally I would backup any important data and reinstall Windows just to be safe.

Reply:first of all try scanning in safe mode...


when your computer starts booting hit F8


some spyware will disguise themselves as system files....


if that doesn't work try using a program called hijackthis just google it and you'll see what it does.





as for popups a toolbar that doen't track your everymove...

this toolbar will give you easy access to task manager so you can see what processes are running, and msconfig, which you use to configure your startup programs.
