Msn messenger not working!?

Msn a.k.a Windows live messenger isn't working. Every time i press on it it always sias it isn't responding, and it is blocked for safety reasons. I would want an answer on how to use this without going on a fake website like ebuddy. I am also on windows vista.. if you havent noticed. Thanks.(i will download newest msn if necessary)

In add/remove programs, remove your Msn or Windows Live Messenger.


It will give you the option to repair.
