Where can i find special effect noises i can use for my movies?

any website, where you can just download them? i have realplayer so i can download them with no problem





for example: hands clapping, sound of tip toeing, sound of excitement, etc.

Why not just use the WAV files that come with PowerPoint? Or just search for free WAV files.
