and why i think bad cauze a lot of ppl get hurt on there like the time when the girl hung her self cauze of the 40 year old girl that act like a 17 year old boi or when thatt girl got beat the crap out of cauze the 8 ppl wanted to be come famouse online i think its retared to post things or personal info of your self like your phone number your address ect

It all depends on how you use it. Like not everyone has to post their phone numbers, addresses, and stuff on there, and those that do, it usually doesn't turn out to be good.





Also, a lot of people add people that they don't know, which is stupid, because it's obviously easy to pretend to be someone you're not on MySpace.





All in all, I like it, but that's because I don't enter super-personal information, I don't add people that I haven't met in person, and ehh nothing bad ever happens.
Reply:myspace was originally a good idea but as with all god things without proper control, it has become subverted to being used as peer pressure . giving factual information about yourself on the interner is a very dangerous thing to do. mainly because there are people who actually spend most of their time on the net( which shows what they have left over for real life interactions- very little). also it gives them power which if actually viewed in real lifw would be dismally worthless.


the point being - they dont have a life.

Reply:i think it is a really good website to connect with friends far away or just over the summer. but i keep my myspace on lockdown so no one can hack it or something. i don't put my realy age or location or last name on it. and i set my profile on privete and i only accept people as my freind if i know who they are. but it can be good or bad. it depends on the way you look at it.





bottom line: if you wanna connect with friends easy and fast then it is good. on the bad side there are some bad people wanting to know your personal info and all about you. (when i mean all i mean ALL!!) i mean keep alot of stuff about you privete. and don't tell anything to people you don't know or just tell them in person or personal email or message. cuz other people can read comments you wrote. and thats another way they can find you.
