How long does it take for a YouTube partner application to process?

I sent in my application about a month ago, and have not gotten a response. On other posts it says that it should take 1-5 business days for a response. Yet, it has been MUCH more than 1-5 business days since I sent in my application! I am getting anxious and would like to know why I have not gotten a response.

well you cant just like ask them and get a reponse, you have to get a bunch of veiws and u have to have a bunch of cool videos. its sort of a long time and you have to be more than a year signed up. its real complicated n stuff
