I'm not sure but I use CCleaner which helps remove all the temporary files and crap that I don't want so I can start out fresh.

Here is the download link http://www.download.com/CCleaner/3000-21...

and don't forget to check the video near under the information and ratings. It tells you how to use it but only for the registry, what you want to do is go to the Cleaner tab and press Analyze and then Run Cleaner. Hope it helps

To do a "History" clean up: 1) Click on Control Panel, 2) Click on Internet Option, 3) Click on Delete under Browsing History, 4) Click on Delete All, 5) then click on Yes but make sure you put a check mark on "Delete files and settings stored by add ons".

In your toolbar under your Address bar, click on Tools and choose Internet Options and follow the steps above.

Next thing I want you to do is this: click on Run and type %temp% and select everything then hit your delete key Del to erase all the temporary internet junks clogging your system.
