Outlook express email - new messages delete....?

I use outlook express to read my email, for some reason each time I read a new message, it automaticly deletes. just disappears. the message doesn't even go into my "deleted folder"


any help would be great! not sure how to fix this problem. i've looked under my options tab but don't really see anything there.
