How do i disable Internet Sharing/NAT/firewall/ISP cache,?

Ok so i deleted my question a min ago lol didnt mean to .. but when i try to set up SHOUTcast i get this:





Cannot see your station/computer from the Internet disable Internet Sharing/NAT/firewall/ISP cache (Connection timed out)





I dont understand this .. can anyone make sense of what it is i need to do ?
