Why cant i open Internet explorer?

i can still open msn and messenger


but when i open internet explorer it says(explorer can not display this website)on all sites


this has happened since yesterday,i was switching my computer off yesterday,it said it had 2 install 7 upgrades.ever since there has been problems(only in internet explorer though)??????????????????????????

your IE is corrupted so try to use windows updates for repairing





in the meanwhile you can use





Opera or FireFox for yoru Browsing purpose
Reply:wow i have EXACTLY the same problem - i had to install erm something that my computer told me to install lol and now just IE isnt working at all! but everything else is! someone help us!
Reply:one of those updates was for internet explorer after I installed my firewall asked for permission to let it though


check to see if your firewall is blocking internet explorer you may have had the warning and inadvertently blocked it
